Chef Lesa will talk about the very curious foods of Norwegian culture. Your first dish will be Fiskesuppe, a lovely cod chowder with potato, fresh cod, parsnip and other root veggies, finished with cream and fresh dill. Next dish will be a Norwegian meatball cooked in a delicate gravy and served over egg noodles. Pannekaker for dessert! A thin pancake dusted with sugar and a bit of butter, served with lingonberry jam.
