Join Chef Lesa for a great night of fun featuring Polynesian cuisine! To start will be Tahitian ceviche…fresh ahi tuna with herbs and spices, finished with coconut milk. Next dish will be Yi Mein, a traditional noodle dish with a shoyu sauce and shrimp. Last will be a mochi cake! This is gluten free, made with pineapple and coconut cream. This class will brighten your dreary winter!!
