Join Chef Jonathan as he shows us how to make a classic home cooked meal. We will be making lemony herb-roasted chicken and we’ll roast, carve, make gravy and discuss what to do with leftovers. We will bake fresh bread rolls, upgrade classic mashed potatoes and explore new possibilities. We will top off the evening with flambé! Bananas Foster, will fill the bill. It will be a night of classics. But we will not let them die.
