Join Chef Lesa as she talks about the amazing health benefits and versatility of our locally grown Gem State Mushrooms! First dish will feature the King Trumpet mushroom as a seared scallop dish with mushroom rice. Next dish will be a Lions Mane faux crab cake with blood orange remoulade and served with a bright citrus slaw.
