Due to a high volume of requests, Chef Lesa will be sharing her love of Gem State Mushrooms! This is a great class for vegetarians or mushroom lovers alike! There will be lion's mane crab cakes. Also, deep fried oyster mushrooms in a light crisp batter, with a sauce to dip. Last will be mushroom toast…much like shrimp toast!
