Join us! Chef Jonathan will teach the secrets to this time-honored refreshment, a perfect way to use garden vegetables, and cool off from the summer heat. You will enjoy cold gazpacho with traditional Spanish ingredients: cucumbers, green bell peppers and tomatoes, and then be introduced to another version with watermelon and jicama. This class will be served with surf and turf to complement the gazpachos.
