Chef Lesa will teach about one of her favorite cuisines. First dish is Som Tam, this green papaya salad is bright and bold and oh so addictive. Next dish is Bang Bang shrimp, juicy prawns dredged and crisped, cooked in a spicy sauce served on rice noodles. Last dish will be Khao Soi…a red curry chicken with so many spices and heat, on top of a fragrant jasmine rice.
