Chef Lesa will take us on a culinary journey of big, bright flavors. First we will make Larb, a seasoned ground pork served in lettuce leaves, with crisp veggies and a Nước chấm sauce. Next is Pho Ga, a traditional soup with chicken and spices, cooked for several hours and served over rice noodles with an herb garnish. Lastly, we will make a traditional Rice Paper Dumpling filled with pork and prawn, served with a spicy sweet chili sauce.

Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
