Let’s talk about BBQ - one of the oldest methods used in cooking. It is the only cooking word that can be a verb, noun and adjective. Chef Jonathan is taking us out to the patio for some tips and tricks that will help this summer season. We will work with different BBQ methods while making our own BBQ sauce, and playing with marinades and seasonings. We will not cover everything, but we will have fun and make some amazing food.
