Guest Chef Ted Genoway will share his years of culinary experience - from some of the top restaurants and country clubs in the area - for a night filled with beautiful food! Chef Ted will begin with an exquisitely stacked Salmon and a sweet beet avocado tartare with a lemon vinaigrette. For the main course, he will create a Braised Pork Belly with a sweet potato mash finished with a maple bacon bourbon glaze. For dessert, Chef Ted will make a Grand Maurier Creme Brûlée. This is a must see!
