Join Chef Lesa for a night enjoying the warm, exotic flavors of India. We will make Aloo Gobi, a mouthwatering spiced dish with cauliflower and new potatoes. Next, we will make a pillowy Naan Bread with a bright, coconut cilantro chutney. Indian Meatballs will be the final dish of the night. These gems are made with a mixture of pork and chicken, simmered in a spiced, tomato and coconut cream broth, served with basmati rice.
