The evening will start with a Field Greens Salad, where we’ll learn how to make a Huckleberry Vinaigrette. Then Chef Troy will show us how to create a high-end Elk Meatloaf glazed with a Juniper Berry Ketchup that he calls "country pâté". We will enjoy this unique meal with Roasted Garlic Mashed Idaho Potatoes and Sautéed Red Wine Kale. This class will be a staple for anyone looking to learn more about cooking with wild game!
