Chef Ricky Sawyer is a BBQ champion! We are fortunate to have him join us for a big Texas feast! To start the night, Chef Ricky will be making Moink Balls, beef and pork wrapped in bacon and smoked with okra! The main course will be a perfectly smoked Brisket with Hash Brown Casserole. For dessert, a gently smoked Apple Cobbler that will melt in your mouth. There is a lot to learn from this talented man, you don’t want to miss this class!
