This class is all about learning to develop, balance and layer FLAVOR. We'll start by identifying and analyzing basic flavors, then we'll put what we've learned into practice by cooking up some out-of-this world salsas that will be smoky, fresh and even sweet. This class will be partially hands-on so come prepared to roast, chop, blend and taste!

Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
