Chef Jonathan offers you a new experience for learning classic chicken cordon bleu with a mixture of basic instruction and an opportunity for hands-on learning. This will give you the chance to become comfortable with the processes of preparing chicken in the home kitchen and creating a delicious meal. Chicken cordon bleu is a chicken breast pounded out and then rolled up with swiss cheese and ham, after which it is floured, egged, breaded and fried. We will be cooking our chickens in the oven during this class. We will discuss what is traditional versus variations you can take for health and convenience. During class you will also enjoy a citrusy, peppery arugula salad with dijon vinaigrette to cut through the richness of our main dish. The class will be in a relaxed, no-pressure environment that will allow you to work per your own comfort level.

Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
