Chef Fontana will demonstrate the steps it takes to prepare a memorable dinner party, but you’ll have to wait to find out what he will be creating. Each course will be full of suspense and surprises as he teaches you how to “think outside the box”! This multi-course meal will be flavorful and engaging from start to finish. For the Epicureans eager to roll up their sleeves, join Chef Fontana behind the stove, where you can chop, blend and sauté your way into the heat of the culinary action.
