An Evening in the Mediterranean with Chef Lesa

This hands-on class will teach you how to prepare fresh vegetables and use unique olive oils.  We will start with traditional Falafel, made from scratch and fried to be eaten with fluffy yogurt flatbread and tzatziki sauce. You will help Chef Lesa make her lemon garlic hummus, while we also have Avgolemono, a lemony egg soup with delicate shredded chicken. Portortokalopita will follow for dessert, a light cake infused with fresh oranges.

Cancellation Policy
Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
