A fabulous night eating and learning about authentic Japanese food! We will make pork and shrimp gyoza (potstickers) with a dipping sauce. Next is Niki Udon…a sumptuous udon noodle soup with sliced beef and veggies. Last is butter custard mochi bars for dessert…grab a seat quickly.

Cancellation Policy
Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
