In honor of Mardi Gras month, Chef Lesa will share her favorite Creole recipes. The first dish will be Shrimp Étouffée, a classic dish with a dark roux, holy trinity and plump prawns. The next dish will be Boudin dip…a hot cheesy party fave served with crispy bread. Last but not least is Creole cornbread…which is gluten-free and packed with spices…perfect with your Étouffée.
