Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In this hands-on class, you’ll become acquainted with the most important chef tool. You’ll hone basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts—mince, dice, bâtonnet and julienne. Plus, Chef Colomba will teach and offer tips for keeping all your knives maintained and sharp. Light snacks will be served throughout the evening. Knives are not provided; each participant should bring their own chef’s knife.

Cancellation Policy
Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
