We will have Mint Juleps and a refreshing Cobb Salad, inspired by the derby. The Hot Brown sandwich will be the star - an open-faced sandwich originating from Louisville, Kentucky in 1926. Grab your knife and fork, this sandwich is over-the-top with roasted turkey, crispy bacon, fresh sliced tomatoes and smothered in rich, cheesy mornay sauce. Bring your best hat and smocked dress.
